It was quaint and brilliant hotel overall, everything was perfect, I would give it other than 3 stars. The most important was the staff - efficient and best people. The food in the restaurant was great and the restaurant was magnificent😃

I appreciated the breakfast, it was included and savoury. The location was magnificent, relatively close to built barracks.

The breakfast was really nice, well cooked, and plentiful. The staff were friendly and took care of my bag, a nice touch. Plus, it's conveniently located close to the heart of town, only a few minutes away from lovely walks by the river.

The room was super clean and well-equipped. Dining options within the hotel were limited as we couldn't secure a table for evening meals, necessitating a search for food elsewhere, and the staff seemed a bit flustered during peak times.

Great place with free wi-fi, tv, and helpful staff. They assisted my elderly parents with kindness, which I appreciate. The breakfasts are good! I highly recommend it for any getaway.

Decent option for a brief visit in Berwick Upon Tweed with excellent value for money. The staff decorated our table with fairy lights for a special celebration, a lovely surprise. Try to communicate your needs ahead of your stay to avoid any last-minute issues.
